21 Day Fix – Kabob Marinade

21 Day Fix – Kabob Marinade

So I adapted this recipe from a recipe found on Pinterest for steak kabob marinade. I actually used this on chicken and it was delicious! We dipped in the ginger dipping sauce. (technically if you do this you are probably going over your orange containers, but it’s minimal.

4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
2 twists of Himalayan Pink Salt grinder
2 twists of my Black Pepper grinder
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
3 shakes of the bottle of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
1/8 cup Coconut aminos
drizzled Olive Oil (I cut this way down from the original recipe and spray my grill with olive oil spray, but have no problems with less oil when I made the kabobs)

When I made this, I put my 4 chicken breasts in a large ziploc baggie and dumped all the ingredients on top, sealed the baggie removing most of the air and mixed it around with my hands. I let it sit in fridge while I chopped all the veggies. I’d count this as maybe a 1/4-1/2 of an orange container, but it’s minimal – most of these ingredients are ‘free’.
