Rear Lunge Progression

Level 1: Step back into lunge with one leg bending knees to 45 degrees. Then step back up. Alternating sides
Level 2: Add in a skip when you come up.
Level 3: Jump alternating legs.

Keep core engaged. Cardio work. Quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings.
