WORKOUT OF THE DAY CHALLENGE: IT’S FREE!

Warning: Exercise has been known to cause health and happiness.

Do you want to have good health? Do you want to be happy? Are you ready to feel like you again? Then this workout of the day challenge is for you! Complete the form below! This will get you started!

This unique challenge will allow you to try out workouts from many of the popular and well known in-home fitness programs Beachbody has to offer for FREE!

You will have access to streaming workouts, nutrition guides and a private group on Facebook with me to keep you accountable.

I will assign you a workout of the day from programs such as: P90X, Insanity, TurboFire and the new 21 Day Fix AND others. I will also provide daily health and fitness tips to help you succeed. These workouts will be intended to be your exercise for the day. No need to do anything else (unless you want).

You will complete the daily workout and report in when you are done. You can let me know what you thought of the workout too!
