Quick and Dirty Arm Workout

Try this for a quick and dirty arm workout. Done in under 10 minutes!

Warm up your arms with arm circles and shaking them out.

Do each move for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Repeat 3x

Cool down with a stretch!
