Move of the Day: Step Up

Use something sturdy-stairs, something on your patio, etc.

Keep core engaged. Step up and down on one leg 10 x. Then switch to other leg. Keep alternating until you feel it!!! Then do another set!
Change step height for your level.

Quads. Hamstrings. Glutes.
