MOD - Knee Pull Extend
Move of the Day: Plank - Knee Pull Extend
Start in high plank. Pull knee up to elbow and then extend to side by straightening knee. Then bend and return to plank. Do ten on each side until you can’t do more. Then switch sides.
Modify by starting in plank on your knees and tapping the toe down on the extend.
