….I remember after having my second baby (Colin) and momming was so hard. Two boys under 3 years. Soooo, so tired. Back to working full time. The house was a wreck. It was my life. I loved my little family, but it was hard.
Then, I decided I had to do something for me. I started working of my fitness. My body didn’t feel like me. I had to start somewhere. So 5 nights a week next to my hubs watching tv, I put a disc in my boys portable DVD player and I worked out. It didn’t happen right away, but I started feeling better. My body was transforming back to me. I felt happier. I started following the nutrition protocol too. Getting superfoods everyday. Boom…energy came back!

Besides that people started noticing me and asking me what I was doing. I found out I could help other women feel this way too!
And the rest is history. A year later I quit my full time job and started working as a meeting consultant. Meeting and event planning is still a passion and makes me happy. Now I mesh that with my passion for helping women. And I get to drop off, pick up and volunteer in my boys’ schools. #winning
