Now’s the time to start looking and feeling your best for all of the upcoming holiday parties and fun.
Who has time to even think about doing a workout or watching what you put in your mouth? I have to admit, I used to just use November and December as cheat months! I just want to be honest. It’s super easy to get into that mindset and excuse of these months are just too busy to even think about yourself and sticking to your health and fitness goals.
This is where our Holiday Survival Groups come in. You commit to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology, doing just 30 minutes a day of exercise 5-6 days a week and participating in our private Facebook group. What I commit to is being there for you everyday with meal planning, tips to battle the holiday temptations, support, daily accountability and a group where everyone has the same goal of: SURVIVING the HOLIDAYS.
There is absolutely no reason to gain 7-10 lbs (yes that’s the average weight gain from Halloween to New Years) in 2 months of holiday over indulgence, just to have to spend the first 4 months of 2015 trying to lose it again. It’s a vicious cycle. And completely unnecessary.
