Get Fit and Fab in Feb

Get fit in Feb

Okay now…..who’s ready to get Fit and Fab in Feb? It’s almost the end of January. Where are you on your New Year’s Resolutions and New Year New You Goals? Maybe the East Coast Blizzard has derailed you because you couldn’t get to the gym? Or maybe you just thought making another new goal in the new year was dumb because you never follow through?

I know that for me personally, I have been committed to my health and my fitness seriously about 7 years. I truly feel that when you take care of your body and your soul that you have more energy to do the things that you love and you get more time to spend with those closest to you!

Be DeterminedI made the commitment to myself that I wanted to change! I did not want to ever have to look at that before picture ever again. I didn’t even know who that girl was in the picture. It wasn’t what I remembered!  I had gotten married, we had 2 kids, and a house. I was working full-time, traveling for work and had absolutely no time for me. I was tired, lost, and I lacked energy to get through the day without a Diet Coke for breakfast and again at 3 pm. It was definitely affecting every area of my relationship with my husband as well.

I decided that it was time for me to get some of me back that had been lost in being a caregiver for my family! Don’t get me wrong, I love my family and they are the most important to me, but I was lost and not being the best I could be for them. We didn’t have a lot of money but I used birthday money to make it work. Picked a program that my coach suggested and worked out in our living room on a mini dvd player while my husband watched TV. I didn’t even have a designated workout space. Change was hard, but I loved the feeling of working my body again. I had not done more than walking and light weight lifting during my second pregnancy (I had gestational diabetes with my first and I was determined not to get it again – it puts me at a higher risk for type 2 diabetes now).

transformationOver those 90 days, I worked out hard. I was building my muscles. I was getting stronger and falling in love with that little bit of time I had for myself. I became passionate about my workouts. I was ready to share my passion for fitness with my friends, loved ones and anyone around me. It was time to also get healthy from the inside out with the dense nutrition in Shakeology. I wanted feel the energy others were feeling. The first morning I had my Shakeology for breakfast, I never drank another Diet Coke. That seemed crazy to me. I had to share that with the world!  So that is how it all began and how I became a coach.

My mission now is to help other moms like me get back a little bit of themselves with improving their health and fitness.

Now is your time! Want to get Fit and Fab in Feb with me? Let’s stop the excuses and just do it.

I’m launching my newest group -Get Fit and Fab in Feb – 21 Day Support and Accountability group. The prep week starts February 8th and your workouts will start Feburary 15th (perfect timing, right? 😉 It allows you to enjoy your Valentine’s Day chocolate and some wine.)

This group will be a private group on Facebook. I will help you select the program that is right for you and that meets your needs. Each participant will be required to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the 21 days. I will help you learn how to eat clean and make that your lifestyle instead of going on and off a “diet.” I will show you how to properly fuel your body to feel your best and get the most out of your fitness program.

I will share with you my meal plans, recipes, treat (healthy) ideas and my tips for how I successfully created a nutrition lifestyle and have stuck with it over the last year. My results earned me an opportunity for a professional photo shoot, interview and to meet my fitness mentor, Autumn Calabrese, last July.

Summer bodiesEach day you will check in to our Facebook group to find a daily post from me, support and accountability from others in the group and the motivation to keep going even when you could be making excuses to stop.

If you are ready for a change, ready to stop the cycle of starting and then quitting a program that isn’t maintainable and ready for a Fab New You, then this group is for you. If you are willing to invest in you and stick to a program that has proven results, then I am willing to stick with you and see you succeed in the end. Are you in? NOW is your time!

Requirements:

  1.  I must be your assigned Team Beachbody Coach.  If you already have a coach or you ARE A COACH then please contact your coach for their next group.  If you do not have a coach make me your coach here!

If you meet the requirements then its time to complete the application below!

Honestly, I was skeptical as to whether or not a home fitness program would work. I had been going to the gym since I was 15. But I was desperate. I was not able to get to the gym without it being a huge ordeal and taking 2 hours for the entire process (diaper blowouts, tantrums, etc). I saw those infomercials and I definitely thought that they were photoshopped. I decided to give it a try. I had a friend have great success and I thought if she could do it, so could I. GUESS what, much to my surprise it worked and I never had to leave the house to go to the gym to get results. 30-40 minutes in my garage and I’m done.

I LOVE IT! And now I pay it forward and help others get results too!
