Busy Mom Tip: How to Curb Evening Hunger
Busy Moms, do you need a tip to help curb evening hunger?
Try drinking a cup of herbal tea. Herbal Teas do not contain caffeine so they will not keep you up late. I learned to do this while on the Ultimate Reset. And, it works!!! The trick is to make a cup when you feel the first signs of hunger because if you wait too long you could cave in to the craving.
Two that I like are Yogi Detox and Celestial Seasonings Cinnamon Apple Spice. I love Yogi Teas for many reasons, but really love reading the messages on the tags. The Cinnamon Apple Spice has a sweetness that helps with any sweet cravings. I’ve yet to find chocolate tea, but I’ll keep looking! 😉
