Help you get your “YOU” back!
As I was pondering what it is that I do as a coach, I was struck by how important it is not only to get your body back, but also get your “YOU” back. I can not only help you get your body back, but also your “YOU!”
What is your “YOU”?
To me your “YOU” is a bunch of things: your confidence, your self-esteem, your voice, your posture, your self-love, your ability to love, your desires, your dreams, your feeling of being unstoppable, and your size.
Why is it that your bodies and our size can be so tied up in and even responsible for all of those other things. Of course the obvious why is the media, our peers, and our family upbringing even have “told” us what pretty, confidence and successful looks like. I don’t think I can change that here in the blog post, but I can share with you tips and tools that I have used to get my “ME” back.
