3 Tips to Make Sure You Get Your Workout In – Part 1

Check out my 3 tips to make sure you get your workout in. This is part one of a two part series. If you find yourself having trouble making time of your fitness and workouts or keep getting to the end of the day and your workout didn’t get done? Watch this video!

3 Tips to Make Sure You Get Your Workout In:
1. Get Up Early – one of the best ways to make sure you get your workout in is to get up early and do it first thing in the morning before you let other things get in the way.
2. Put your workout on your calendar – schedule your workout as if it is a very important appointment that you don’t want to miss.
3. Find a buddy – working out with friends is fun and provides an extra level of accountability. Plus maybe have a little competition for a bonus. 😉
