Move of the Day: Push-Up Knee-Pull
Start in high plank position with a neutral spine. Hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Keeping form lower down to push up and back up. At the top pull one knee up to chest between arms and back down to plank. Repeat with another push-up and pull other knee in. Alternate knees.
Modify push-up on knees.
