MOD – Power Jack Lat Pull Down

Power Jack Lat Pull Down

Start arms over head. Jump out and down into a squat. Pull arms down and Elbows to the back. Squeeze shoulder blades together. Jump back in and bring arms up. Keep core tight.

Modify by stepping out into a squat while pulling arms diwn and alternating sides.

Shoulders. Biceps. Cardio. Glutes. Quads. Lats.
