MOD – Criss-Cross Obliques

Move of the Day: Criss-Cross Obliques

Lay on back with hands gently behind head. Bend one knee, straighten other out in front of you and bring opposite shoulder across to knee. Lead with shoulder not elbow. Keep chin a fist distance from your chest. Keep belly button pulled in.

Modification: tap toe down instead of straightening out in front of you.
