Easy, Tasty Dinner – Turkey Burger
Week night clean eating dinner idea that’s so tasty and easy!
1 turkey burger (I recommend grilling up a few of these on the weekend for meals during the week.) I use Sommer’s brand organic.
1/4 avocado – sliced or mashed
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 sweet potato sliced fry shape
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Grill the turkey burger – on outdoor grill or panini press/George Foreman
Top with the avocado a pinch of Himalayan salt and pepper
Slice cherry tomatoes and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar (bonus is that the balsamic vinegar pools under burger to add flavor)
Coat sweet potato fries with drizzle of olive oil and bake at 400 until crisp (20 min-ish). Stirring as needed.
