Are you ready to get back to you?

The summer is ending and we are getting the kids ready to go back to school. So now it’s time to take some time to get back to you! You’ve spent all summer focusing on the kids, what they are doing, shuttling them or figuring out who will shuttle them them to various camps and summer events. All while hearing, “Mom, we are bored. What are we doing next?”

Have your goals for yourself slipped or been pushed aside? Maybe you have a summer hangover (similar to a vacation hanover 😉 ) with over-indulgences of summer fun and maybe a few BBQs and cocktails.

Then this Back to School Back to You Group is for you. And for me too! I need you to help me stay on track too! Are you in?

Here’s what we will do:
*Commit to 5-6 days a week of exercise for 30 Days (you will have rest days too)
*Commit to actively participate in our online group
*Commit to eating clean 80-85% of the time (yes a few cheats are allowed)
*Commit to track our results
*Commit to drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated
*Commit to drinking Shakeology every day for the 30 days

Over and over I experience myself and witness others in these accountability groups getting results! Why? Face it, it’s easy to hit the snooze button which leads to skipped workouts, rough starts being more tired throughout the day, leading to less self control with eating and it just snowballs!! But if you have a group of people and a coach who is expecting you to report in and share your workouts, meals, successes and mis-steps, IT WILL help YOU get RESULTS! Really, it’s not about a Shake (although it is awesome) and a set of DVDs – it’s about the support, motivation and accountability you get in a group of likeminded people! I am going to share my personal meal plans, guide you to creating your own, share my recipes, tips and ideas to help you achieve your goals. No matter what your goals, 5lbs or 20+ lbs, or non-scale goals, I can help!  I really truly love what I do and I get no great joy than seeing other people succeed!

The requirements are that I am your coach through Team Beachbody and that you commit to a fitness program which we will decide on together, you replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology and in return I will add you to my closed online accountability and support group where each day you will get group support from me, daily interaction, daily check ins and the ultimate accountability!
