21 Day Fix Meal Plan Tools

meal plan toolsIf you are like me, you may be overwhelmed by the simple thought of planning your first week of meals on the 21 Day Fix or Fix Extreme and are in need of meal plan tools. To be honest, the my first go round with this program I failed because I just could not wrap my head around how to get started, let alone stay on the plan. {Insert super exciting music here.} I have created simple planning tools to help you plan each week of meals. So easy that we are going to call them cheat sheets!!!

If you haven’t seen my results once I did get organized and have a plan, CLICK HERE!

To start using them, just figure out your calorie target in the nutrition guide of either the 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme and find that calorie target below.

From there you will find an individual sheet for the Fix or Fix Extreme Nutrition Plan and you will print one out for each week
– OR –
if you are doing the Countdown to Competition Plan print the 3 weeks of sheets out!

Then check off the boxes as you plan your meals and use your containers. Start with your main meals first and then use the containers you have left over for your snacks!
